Criccieth clogmaker Trefor Owen keeps tradition alive
BRITAIN'S last remaining bespoke clog-maker is one of 100 Welsh craftsmen and artists selected to showcase the country's culture at the world's leading folk festival.Trefor Owen, from Criccieth, who has been making clogs for more than 30 years, has been chosen to take part in the Smithsonian Folklife Festival in Washington in late June next year.
